Registered Nurse (Med-Surg)

Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse adult patient population with acute and chronic conditions. Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and deliver high-quality clinical care.

• Administer medications and manage IV therapy
• Provide wound care and other required interventions
• Educate patients and families on care needs and treatment plans
• Assist with discharge planning to support safe transitions of care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize outcomes
• Utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) for documentation and workflow
• Maintain standards for quality, patient safety, and infection control

Qualifications: current RN licensure and the ability to assess, prioritize, and manage complex medical needs while communicating effectively and documenting accurately.
