Job summary

Encompass Health in Sandy Springs, GA seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to deliver exceptional care.

Collaborate with multiple departments, build strong patient-family relationships, and support colleagues with complex needs while celebrating patient progress and milestones.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments
• Lead patient assessments
• Tailor care plans
• Address patient concerns to provide exceptional care
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
