Job summary

Encompass Health in Utah is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide individualized, compassionate care, supervise treatments, assess patients, and collaborate with multiple departments to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
