Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Alpine, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, in-home nursing care directly to patients in their homes. You will be supported by a nurse-led team that prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

The role offers a 12-hour shift pattern with part-time or full-time options, and compensation ranging from $61.00 to $64.00 per hour, depending on experience and market factors.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of CA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.

Overview

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

$61.00-$64.00/hr

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Shifts: PT - 12 hour shift weekly on Mondays 7a-7p
