Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Salem, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting. You will supervise treatments, lead patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting families.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), and experience in rehab hospitals; CRRN is a plus.
