Job summary

Hampshire Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with complex medical and rehabilitative needs.

The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support both long-term and short-term recovery goals, while mentoring support staff and engaging families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required or pending in West Virginia.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred.
• Ability to advocate for patients and collaborate with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Mentor and support nursing staff; engage families in care planning.
