Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide evidence-based care across our regional healthcare network in Connecticut. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate treatment.

You will use EHR systems and clinical technologies to document care, educate patients and families on care plans and self-management, and maintain patient safety through infection control.

Qualifications
