Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings. You will apply the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans.

The role requires a valid RN license, at least one year of nursing experience (including six months of travel), and the ability to work within 60 miles of the assigned facility in North Dakota.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure in NLC states advantageous.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.

Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver individualized care.


• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.


• Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.


• Managing patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.


• Practicing within the full scope of nursing standards, adhering to state licensure and professional guidelines.
