Sauk County Health Care Center is seeking a Staff Nurse to perform registered nursing or licensed practical nursing services. Shifts available include PM (2:30pm–11:00pm) and NOC (10:30pm–7:00am). The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and participation in care planning and documentation.

Standard working hours may vary between first shift, second shift, and third shift. Please note these hours are subject to change and additional hours may be needed or required. Reimbursement for such additional hours are subject to state and federal regulations.
Required Associate's degree in Nursing
Licenses/Certifications:
Registered Nursing (RN) License
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Nursing experience with the geriatric population
2 years of nursing experience
Any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
