Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality in-home care to clients with complex medical needs, including former energy workers. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer treatments and medications, manage wound and IV care, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

You will educate patients and families, ensure accurate documentation, and follow evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and in good standing.
• Experience in home health or in-home care is preferred.
• Ability to perform wound care and IV therapy.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication with patients and families.
