Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking an RN to provide in-home nursing care in the Phoenix, AZ area, following physician plans of care and coordinating with the care team.

The role requires current Arizona RN licensure and active licensure in good standing, with emphasis on accurate documentation, patient education, and strong communication with families. Home health experience is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing is required.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and precise documentation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication with patients and families; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents per physician plan of care.
