Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation hospital team. You will provide individualized, compassionate care, assess patients, and support their recovery journey using evidence-based practices and advanced technologies.

You will collaborate with therapists and physicians, educate families, and ensure coordinated care from admission to discharge. We value commitment to patient outcomes, continuous learning, and community service.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, compassionate care and assess patients to guide recovery.
• Lead patient assessments and tailor care plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with care teams and address patient concerns to ensure quality outcomes.
