SYNERGY HomeCare in New Jersey is seeking a Director of Nursing (D.O.N) to lead clinical operations, assess clients, and guide care planning across home-based services. As an RN, you will supervise clinicians and coordinate with families to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

You will train staff, establish professional relationships with clients and colleagues, and ensure all care documentation is timely and compliant.

Qualifications

• RN (registered nurse) required.

Responsabilités

• Assess clients and make recommendations for care planning.
• Provide guidance and direction to home health aides (HHAs).
• Assist with employee training as needed, utilizing your expertise as a registered nurse.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Ensure mandated documentation pertaining to client care is complete as needed.
