Job summary

Quality Talent Group represents a legacy healthcare network employing 65,000+ professionals across 14 hospital campuses, 5 health institutes and a children's hospital. We seek a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client’s patient-centered team on day and night shifts.

The RN will deliver care per physician plans, perform assessments, educate patients and caregivers, and assist during procedures while maintaining sterile technique and safety. Travel to care assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of practice (Pennsylvania).
• Knowledge of patient education techniques.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans.
• Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures.
• Perform circulating and scrub functions.
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe surgical environment.
