Zion’s Way Home Health & Hospice in Page, AZ is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our life-changing care team. You will build meaningful relationships with patients and families, develop personalized care plans, and coordinate services with an interdisciplinary team.

This role offers part-time hours, travel and mileage reimbursement, a supportive environment, and opportunities for professional development within The Pennant Group family.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
