As an RN at WRC, you will provide routine and complex patient care within a secured treatment setting, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment learning plans.

Starting salary ranges from $42.86 to $49.61 per hour ($89,100 to $103,100 annually), based on years of licensure.• 0 years: $42.86; 3 years: $45.06; 5 years: $46.19; 7 years: $47.33; 9 years: $48.48; 11 years: $49.61.• Differential pay for shift hours: $1.40 per hour for first shift RNs (6p.m.–6a.m.); $3.90 per hour for permanent second or third shift RNs (6p.m.–6a.m.); $0.80 per hour weekend differential.• $3,000 sign‑on bonus for individuals with no prior state service in the last five years who remain in position after probation, split $1,500 upon hire and $1,500 after completing probation.• 12‑month probationary period.• Positions classified as nurse clinician 2 in pay schedule and range 11/02.
