Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified, state licensed, Medicaid approved home health agency operating in nine Western Pennsylvania counties. For well over a decade, Concordia Visiting Nurses has provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and a variety of therapy services to our patients. Position

Are you a Registered Nurse who believes in the power of comfort, dignity, and a personalized approach to care? Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a dedicated and personable Registered Nurse RN to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and families. Registered Nurses are needed for patient care around Route 28, allowing you to work close to your home.

Your patients, your schedule. Typical hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm but we are open to other possibilities. Let us know what type of schedule you are seeking. Some weekends, evenings and holidays are required. Contact us today!!

Qualifications for the Registered Nurse RN

• Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
• Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state.

What you’ll do as a Registered Nurse RN

• As a Home Health Registered Nurse RN, you'll be at the heart of this mission.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families.
• Treatments, IV starts, Chest Tube Management, and Wound care.
• Educating and empowering patients and families on managing their health conditions and building confidence in self-care.
• Utilizing strong clinical assessment skills to monitor patient conditions and identify changes.
