Job summary

Concentra is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse to provide healthcare support at an onsite clinic located at our client's site in West Chester, OH. The shift runs Monday-Thursday 12PM-10PM, with a pay range of $40-45/hr.

Responsibilities include patient preparation for exams, phlebotomy, drug screens, medical records handling, and dispensing medications under state regulations. The role requires a BSN and active RN license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse.
• At least 1 year of occupational health nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist clinicians during examinations.
• Draw blood and prepare samples for laboratory pickup.
• Conduct urine drug screens and document chain of custody.
• Maintain cleanliness of exam, lab and treatment areas and manage supplies.
• Handle medical records and protect patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Perform front desk duties including check-in/check-out and records processing.
• Dispense medications under practitioner direction and comply with state rules.
• Operate clinical equipment and document calibration and usage
• Order and perform ancillary tests per Center Medical Director instructions

Position Summary

Concentra is now hiring an experienced and self-driven Full-Time RN position. This role will provide healthcare support at our onsite healthcare clinic located at our client's site in West Chester, OH.

Site Schedule: Monday-Thursday 12PM-10PM

Pay Range: $40-45/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Escorts patients to exam room, prepares patients for examination and treatment and assists the practitioner, as requested

Draws blood and prepares appropriate paperwork for laboratory pick-up

Performs urine drug screens, using proper chain of custody; ensures preparation for pick-up and shipment to appropriate laboratory

Maintains exam rooms, lab area and treatment rooms clean and stocked, maintaining inventory of supplies and re-orders as needed

Assists in medical record maintenance by keeping health, administrative, and program records onsite, safeguarding confidentiality of employee health information

Performs front office clerical duties such as answering telephones, check-in, check-out and record processing

Dispenses medications as directed by practitioner and in accordance with state regulations

Maintains and operates all clinical equipment, including calibration and record keeping in accordance with current policy and procedures

Performs ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director ( PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws) in accordance with established policies and procedures
