Job summary

EveryAge in Newton, NC is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and CNAs in a skilled nursing facility. The RN must meet all regulatory standards and maintain licensure, CPR certification, and professional competencies.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing setting, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate care effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience.
• One (1) year skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Current Nursing License.
• CPR certified.
• Ability to function with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organizational and human relation skills.

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care and supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and CNAs in the provision of nursing services to residents of the facility. The RN is responsible for meeting all standards associated with the provision of nursing care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, licensure law, agency policies, procedure and standards.

Minimal Education:
