Job summary

RadNet in Newark, NJ is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our patient‑centered team. You will administer injections, monitor post‑procedure vitals, draw labs, access central lines, and support safe patient care in a fast‑paced imaging setting.

Qualifications

• Current and appropriate state license(s) to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Maintain current and valid ACLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Administer injections and monitor patients during/post administration.
• Administer post-biopsy vital sign checks on patients where applicable.
• Access central lines/ports, initiate IV access.
• Draw lab specimens peripherally or via central line.
• Assist with hypersensitivity reactions; provide preliminary exam and vital signs in event of accident/injury at the center.
• Safeguards patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Safeguards on-site medications in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Demonstrates professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

You Will

Pay Range: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
