Job summary

VNS Health is seeking an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care in New York communities. Join a nonprofit, 130-year-strong organization delivering care in patients' homes and facilities.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will assess needs, adjust plans of care, and provide education. Qualified candidates have NYS RN license and at least one year in medical/surgical settings, plus a valid NY driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience in a medical/surgical environment.
• Valid driver's license or NYS Non-Driver photo ID may be required.

Responsibilities

• Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

Pay Range

USD $118,942.00 - USD $152,717.00 /Yr.
