Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for a regional health system with 125+ years of patient-centered care. This role covers day and night shifts, with both full-time and part-time options across multiple units.

You will deliver care per physician plans, perform assessments, educate patients and families, assist during procedures, maintain sterile technique, and travel to assigned care sites as needed. Active RN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Knowledge of patient education techniques.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans.
• Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures.
• Perform circulating and scrub functions.
• Maintain sterile technique and prevent infection in the surgical environment.
