Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Nebraska seeks a Registered Nurse to join a luxury care home team, delivering person-centred nursing care for older adults, including those with dementia or complex health needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
• Administer medications and monitor care plans in line with NMC standards
• Lead and support care teams to deliver excellent standards of practice
• Assess, plan, and evaluate the care needs of residents in partnership with families and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory compliance
• Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in residents’ health
