Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky is hiring Registered Nurses for full- and part-time roles. 12-hour shifts with every third weekend rotation, and short-term night contracts are available.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments; tailor care plans; address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care as needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff to support complex patient needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones.
