Job summary

DaVita is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver compassionate dialysis care in a hybrid setting—home-based in Southern Pines with clinic support in Carthage, NC. This full-time role features three 10–12 hour shifts weekly, starting at 5:00 am, with Sundays closed and holidays observed.

You will provide safe, patient-centered dialysis services, collaborate with clinicians, and utilize critical thinking to address dynamic clinical scenarios.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
• 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred).
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.
• CNN certification a plus.

This position will be home based in Southern Pines but will also assist at our clinic in Carthage.

This is a full time schedule: Three days/week 10-12 hour shifts/e/o Saturday/Closed on Sundays/Open on holidays

Start time 5:00 am

As a DaVita RN, you’ll ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of your patients. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with our professional team of clinicians, and use your critical thinking skills to solve problems and support patient care.
