Neurosurgical Associates in Midland, Texas is seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses for a Pain Management practice. A compassionate attitude with impeccable bedside manner and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Work schedule: Mon-Thu 7-5. You will monitor patients, perform routine procedures, adjust medications per physician orders, ensure hygiene and safety, provide emergency care when needed, and work with a collaborative team dedicated to patient comfort and

Formación

• Registered nurse with proven bedside care experience.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, compassionate and well organized.
• Bi-lingual is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advise
• Perform routine procedures and fill in patients’ charts
• Adjust patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
