Job summary

Medina Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) for all shifts. The facility offers 12-hour shifts, weekend availability, and a supportive team in a rehab and long-term care setting.

Join our team with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. We provide shift differentials and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, holiday pay, and a 401(k). Walk-in interviews welcome.

• Valid Ohio RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
