Milan Laser in Massachusetts seeks a licensed RN to perform laser hair removal in a structured clinic. You will deliver treatments, educate clients, and ensure a safe, confident patient experience within a supportive team.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Saturday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and a monthly bonus potential tied to performance metrics. Training provided and HIPAA guidelines strictly followed.

Pay: $43.00 an hour + Potential Monthly Bonus (typically $250 - $300 per month based on achieving performance metrics

Status: Full-Time

Clinic Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri-Sat 7:30am-5pm

As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
