Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (Med Surg) to provide comprehensive inpatient care for adults on a medical-surgical unit, including assessment, IV therapy, wound care, and patient education.

You will collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and therapists to implement evidence-based care plans, document care in the electronic health record, mentor newer nurses, and contribute to patient safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Texas.
• Strong medical-surgical inpatient nursing skills.
