Sweetwater Care is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to work in the mental health field in Massachusetts. The role involves direct resident care, care planning with physicians and therapists, and ensuring safety and compliance in a clinical setting.

You will assess needs, implement nursing plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote residents' wellbeing and recovery.
