Individual in this position provides nursing care to patients who present for care daily in the Allergy & Immunization department.
Instructing patient regarding self-care techniques and preventive strategies. This is done by evaluating level of understanding of disease process and /or potential health status, providing information needed and determining the patient’s intent for compliance with the treatment routine. Written and verbal instructions maybe given. This is done in order to promote the highest level of physical, mental well-being possible.
