Montello Manor in Lewiston, ME is seeking licensed RNs for full-time evening shifts to provide high-quality geriatric care in a supportive long-term care setting.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Patient Assessment & Care: Monitor resident conditions, assess needs, observe and interpret symptoms, and communicate effectively with physicians to devise individualized care plans.
• Treatments & Medications: Adjust and administer medications, perform routine procedures (vitals, injections), and execute doctor-recommended treatment plans.
• Documentation & Safety: Accurately fill out patient charts and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Inspect facilities and maintain excellent hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (decontaminating equipment, preparing beds).
• Emergency & Leadership Care: Provide instant medical care during emergencies, supervise and train nursing assistants, and foster a supportive, compassionate environment for residents and their families.

Education, Licensing & Requirements

• Licensure: Valid RN License to practice in the State of Maine (Required).
• Experience: Nursing experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting is preferred (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Commuting: Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Lewiston, ME 04240.
