Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical unit to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care to adults with diverse medical and post-surgical needs. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and IV therapies, manage wounds and post-op care, and monitor telemetry and vital signs to support safe discharge and education.

Collaborating with the care team, you will document in EHRs and uphold compassionate, high-quality care

Qualifications

Current RN license.

Responsibilities
