Job summary

Encompass Health is offering a Registered Nurse opportunity with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shifts. Short-term contracts of 13 weeks are available for night shifts, in a rehabilitation hospital setting.

Join a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation leader focused on patient recovery and compassionate care. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team using advanced technologies to support healing and meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license required by state regulations.
• CPR certification—ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans.
• Address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care.
