Cranial Technologies in Indio, CA is seeking a full-time Clinician to treat infants in a pediatric outpatient setting using the DOC Band and EarWell systems. You will provide direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no nights or significant weekend work, supporting families through visible, early head-shaping results.

Eligible candidates are licensed RNs with pediatric experience and orthotic fitting experience.

We are currently looking for a full-time Clinician to join our team in Indio, CA.

This position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. As a Clinician, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents alike look to our Clinicians as the experts in evaluation and in treatment of plagiocephaly as well as conditions involving misshapen ears. Our treating Clinicians develop great relationships with our families at every stage of their treatment process.

Who fits well with this role?

• PTs and OTs are an excellent fit with their background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development.
• Registered Nurses are a great fit with their experience in hands‑on patient care and compassion for families as well as their capability to treat the whole patient.
• Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists & Certified Orthotists are also a strong fit because of their hands‑on experience with orthotics and direct patient care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed RN
• Prior pediatric experience required
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g. splints, braces, maternity belts) *If you are unsure if you meet this requirement, please apply and we can discuss this with you further*

• The pay range for this position is $87,000 – $97,000. Pay is dependent on the applicant's tenure in their field and relevant experience.
• This position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.
