You will provide direct nursing care for adults in acute care and rehab, perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring, administer IV medications, conduct neurological assessments, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS (AHA) certification or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
