Job summary

Elara Caring in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to provide compassionate, in-home nursing care and support to patients enrolled in our programs. You will assess needs, plan and deliver nursing care per physician orders while upholding HIPAA privacy and safety standards.

Travel between patient homes is required. A valid RN license and 1+ year of clinical nursing experience are necessary; Home Health experience is preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
