Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments and tailor care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to aid recovery.
• Coordinate care with multiple departments for seamless treatment.
• Serve as a resource for staff during complex patient needs.
• Celebrate patient milestones and progress in rehabilitation.
