Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality medical services in a fast-paced wellness studio. You will educate clients on therapies, ensure safety, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both clinical outcomes and business success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, an active RN license, BLS, and at least two years in acute care, plus experience with IVs. You should be patient-centered, with strong communication, and able to stand for long shifts

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you’ll deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients on their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both medical and business success. You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, and supporting the studio’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Expertise & Client Care

• Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism.
• Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.
• Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices.

Studio Collaboration

• Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals.
• Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs.
• Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.
• Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Certifications: Current BLS certification.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections.
• Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently.
