Glen Ellyn School District 41 seeks a Registered Nurse for Churchill Elementary for the 2026-2027 school year. The RN will provide direct nursing services to students and staff, following district policies and state laws.
The role involves collaboration with school administrators and certified nurses. The position requires a nursing degree, an Illinois RN license, and computer literacy with medical technology competency.
Under the supervision of the building administrators and certified school nurses, the registered nurse ensures that direct nursing services are provided to students and staff members to maximize health and wellness in the school. All duties must be performed in accordance with district and state board of education policies as well as state law regarding nursing practice.
$35.00 per hour(firm)
To be determined annually - School calendar plus additional days in August for training and a half day in June for closure
8:15 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.

Teachers employed by the Board to teach in District 41 schools are subject to applicable state and federal laws and regulations, the policies and procedures of the Board of Education and the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the Teacher. All aforementioned may be amended or modified from time-to-time.
