Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse in Germantown, TN to join our clinical team.

The RN will provide high-quality preoperative and postoperative care, collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient patient experiences. The role requires an active RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; willing to train new nurses with strong work ethic
• Advanced IV skills optional; proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of stability and longevity in past roles
