Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide personalized, compassionate care to patients in a rehabilitation setting. You will supervise treatments, lead assessments, and develop tailored care plans while building strong relationships with patients and families to support their healing journey.

Collaborating across departments, you will serve as a resource for staff and help coordinate seamless care with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring colleagues and supporting

Qualifications

• RN licensure valid per state requirements.
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital environment is desirable.
