• Develops and ensures the nursing care plan and collaborates with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team.
• Records the administration of medication.
• Monitors assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and tasks are performed according to state and government regulations and facility procedures.
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Pay Rate is based on years of experience: $36.00-$46.00
