Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and report patient condition, including any changes or concerns.
• Participate in shift reports, patient care conferences, and other meetings as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
