Encompass Health Corporation in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join their team. Full-time RNs can benefit from a $10,000 sign-on bonus and participate in 8-week short-term assignments. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide individualized, compassionate care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff with complex patient needs.
