You will maintain accurate EHR documentation, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on care plans and health management, while upholding infection

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care within partner hospital and health system settings. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient status to support safe, effective care.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR, ensuring records reflect clinical observations and interventions.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient needs, and educate patients and families on care plans and health management.

Uphold infection control, safety, and professional standards throughout all patient interactions.
