Job summary

AccessHealth is seeking a Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients in a fast-paced acute care setting.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications and IV therapies, and educate patients and families while coordinating multidisciplinary care to facilitate safe and timely discharges. You will document all care in the EHR and uphold safety and infection-prevention protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, excellent assessment and monitoring skills, proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy, and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, follow safety procedures, and utilize electronic health records efficiently.
