Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct home visits, follow care plans, and coordinate case management.

You will administer medications, wound care, and treatments while monitoring client conditions and documenting observations for the clinical team.
