Home of Guiding Hands in San Diego County is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide clinical care for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assess health needs, develop care plans, coordinate with physicians and families, and support direct care staff.

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPR/First Aid certification for Healthcare Professionals.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.

• A caring, patient-centered approach and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
