Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks a registered nurse (RN) to deliver skilled care across shifts for a 171-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Full-Time, Part-Time & Per-Diem opportunities available with shifts 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. A $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time status and daily pay options are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NJ is required.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and written care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans created by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as per plan of care.

$3,000 Sign-on Bonus (Full Time)

Daily Pay Available!

$37.00-$46.00 an hour (all-inclusive Based on years of experience, status, if PIB and shift diff is applicable)

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
